Service Description

A level 1 inspection is your routine annual inspection for continued use of an appliance and its venting system. A level I inspection is also required in order for us to create a thorough estimate for any repair, interior or exterior. Any quote for repairs over $500 will have listed a $180 inspection rebate back to you, putting your inspection cost towards the work completed. A level 2 inspection looks deeper into the system. Level 2 inspections are required when you are new to the appliance, when a home is being bought/sold, or after an event, such as a chimney fire or flooding. In some instances, the technician may request to perform a Level 2 inspection at a Level 1 appointment, if additional investigation is needed to help solve a problem you are having. Fees (before NY sales tax): Base rate, Level I Inspection- $180 Additional services/fees (before NY sales tax): Level 2 inspection- $70 Flue cleaning- $70 Blower cleaning- $40 Catalytic combuster cleaning- $40 Oil soot required prep- $40 Commercial system fee- $70 Additional flue inspection- $80 Travel outside of service area- TBD, based on milage Animal or nest removal fee- TBD, based on time *All additional services will only be completed with the agreement from you first.
